In Quality Lab we have

• 1) German make Ametek Spectromaxx Spectrometer for better chemical analysis.
• 2) Hardness tester to check the hardness of castings
• 3) Leak testing machine is also available for checking the leakage of specific castings.
• 4) For better dimensional inspection we have height gauze and all types of vernier callipers for accuracy.
• 5) For better metal treatment accuracy we have density, vacuum test machine, and degassing machines
• 6) We also provide the heat treatment to the customer if applicable to their castings.
